LAMINAR AIR FLOW CABINET

Laminar Air Flow (LAF) cabinet instruments ensure an extremely clean environment for product & material/sample protection against airborne dust, particle or microorganisms. SMARTLAB Vertical LAF cabinets work under air filtration, recirculation and indoor exhausting principle. Room air passes through pre-filters that block coarse particles at device top and reaches to work cabinet area with an air velocity of 0.40 m/s (± %5) by passing through HEPA filter. Built-in laminator in the fan filter module supplies the airflow in a homogenous and laminated way. Designs of working cabinet and air diffusion assure trimmed airflow and sweeping dead zones. Air moves in from two ways into the work chamber, one part is exhausted to the room at the front by preventing room air movements into the work zone. The rest of the internal air is recirculated from the back holes of the cabinet which increases the HEPA filter life.

WORKTOP MATERIAL OPTIONS

  • INDUSTRIAL CERAMIC
Industrial ceramics used as countertop materials in laboratory furniture exhibit key characteristics, including chemical resistance, high-temperature tolerance, scratch resistance, hardness, non-porous surfaces, easy maintenance, hygiene, stain resistance, mechanical strength, durability, and aesthetic options.
  • SOLID GRADE LAMINATE
SGL offers excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, impact, and scratching, making it a popular choice in high-traffic and demanding environments. Its hygienic, easy-to-clean surface and availability in various colors and finishes make it suitable for both decorative and functional purposes. With its durability, versatility, and aesthetic options, solid grade laminate is a preferred material for creating robust and attractive surfaces in commercial, healthcare, educational, and other settings.

  • STAINLESS STEEL
The most important advantage of stainless steel is its resistance to rust, stains and corrosion; This makes it an ideal choice for laboratory environments where hygiene and longevity are crucial. Its aesthetic appeal, low maintenance requirements and ability to withstand high temperatures further contribute to its popularity in this field.

  • EPOXY RESIN
Epoxy resin type provides a durable, chemically resistant, and easy-to-clean surface. It prevents staining even when exposed to commonly used chemicals in laboratories and maintains a hygienic environment. Additionally, it can withstand high temperatures and offers mechanical strength, ensuring the longevity of laboratory countertops. Epoxy resin also provides customizable color and pattern options, adding aesthetic versatility.
